Is the plugin really free?
Yes — the plugin is free. Your Tech Pad plan covers the platform, templates and automation; the plugin just connects your store.
Which WhatsApp number sends the messages?
Your own customer-owned WhatsApp Business number, connected through Meta Embedded Signup in the app. Nothing is sent from a shared number.
Will it slow down my WordPress site?
No. The plugin hooks only order lifecycle events and sends them to the secure The Tech Pad webhook — it adds no scripts to your storefront.
What about abandoned carts?
When a customer leaves checkout, a recovery message is sent after your chosen delay (90 minutes by default), respecting quiet hours. If they complete the purchase, the recovery is suppressed.
